Camping Rates

• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Rates do not include Oregon’s 1.8% Lodging Tax.
• Rates are based on an occupancy of:
• 2 adults
• Up to 4 Children (14 and under)
• 1 vehicle (other than your Motor-home, or Trailer)
• All additional will be subject to the following fees and Maximums:
• Extra Adult $5 per night (8-person MAX per Site)
• Extra Child $1 per night (8-person MAX per Site)
• Pet $5 each per night (2-pet MAX per Site)
• Vehicles $5 per night (only 1 extra vehicle per site)
• Tents $10 per night (only 1 extra Tent per site) (includes 2 additional People not to exceed the MAX of 8 persons per site). Site type does not matter RV or Tent only 1 extra. Pop-up Shades are not considered tents, just keep then in your area.
• Reservations: Are only made in-person or by telephone when calling 1 (541) 544-2271.
• You may contact us via email, but reservations must be made live.
• At the time of the reservation, the first night’s rental, of all sites, will be charged to your credit card as the deposit for your reservation.
• Cancellations: Must also be made by direct contact.
• If you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to your expected arrival, a cancellation fee of $20 will be assessed and covered by the deposit on the site, any remaining deposit will be refunded.
• Group cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance to avoid additional cancellation fees.
• If you do not cancel with prior notice or no-show you will be held responsible for the full amount of the reservation. This may affect your ability to make future reservations with us.
• Any reservation made more than 9 months in advance, will be charged the full deposit for cancellation.
• Holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day) require a 3-night minimum for all sites.
• A-Frames, Cabins, Trailers and the House must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival for holidays.
• All Cancellations for Holiday Periods must be made as minimum 14 days prior to the holiday.
• A-frame, cabin, trailer, and the house keys have a $5 refundable deposit for each set.

• Bed linens, Pillow, Blanket, Dish Rag, and Hand Towel.
• Small kitchenette that includes a 2-burner stove, sink, and mini-fridge.
• Cookware and place settings appropriate for the occupancy.
• Coffee Pot (Automatic Drip Style).
• Table and chairs inside and on deck.
• Cabins have Microwaves.
• NO PETS ALLOWED

5th Wheel Trailers

5th Wheel Trailers come with all the basics (linens including bath towels, kitchen implements, dining area, living area), plus:

• Microwave
• DVD Player
• Basic Satellite Service
• Decks w/ BBQ and Furniture
• Bathrooms w/ Showers
• NO PETS ALLOWED

House Rental

Our House has it all:

• Bedroom #1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom #2 Queen Bed + Bunk Beds
• Full Size Bathroom
• Living Room with Couch/Love Seat, Large format TV w/ Satellite and DVD Player
• Full Size Kitchen with Stove/Oven, Microwave, Full-size side-by-side Fridge, too many small appliances to mention, and wrap around Breakfast Bar.
• Deck with BBQ and Furniture
• Stairs straight to Beach area
• NO PETS ALLOWED

Rental Boat Rates

• Rental boats come with safety equipment (Life Jackets, Oars)
• Children 12 and under are required by law to wear a life jacket when on a boat
• Children must have Adult supervision
• Everyone on a boat is required to have a life jacket
• Boats will not be rented to minors
• Pontoon boats require a Boaters License to pilot. A temporary one-day boaters license is available in the store (takes about 15 minutes to read safety checklist and do paperwork. Plan ahead pontoon reservations get booked ahead so your time may not be extended)
• None of our rental boats are rated to nor insured to tow anyone or anything.
• The boats are pet friendly as long as your pets are boat friendly.
• Boats must be docked and the Store must be informed of the return prior to the end of the contracted time or additional charges will apply.
